1 - Q: What is an ISBN number?
1 - A: International Standard Book Number ~ The International Standard Book Number (ISBN) is a 10-digit system (13-digit system if assigned after 2007) which is used as identification for each book. Each book has it's own unique ISBN. The International Standard Book Number was created in England by bookseller W. H. Smith and his associates. The Standard Book Numbering system was introduced in the United Kingdom in 1967. The International Standards Organization (ISO), considered adapting the British system for international use in 1968. The International Standard Book Number (ISBN) was approved as an ISO standard in 1970. The ISBN is typically found over the bar code on the book's back cover and/ or on the title or copyright page.
2 - Q: How do I determine shipping charges for my order?
2 - A: Payments are processed by PAYPAL. After adding one or more items to your Shopping Cart, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. At top right of the next page click on "calculate total order amount" button - enter your zip code and click "update" button to view shipping charges for your order. Shipping charges are not taxed. To continue shopping, just close the PAYPAL payment window. Your order information will not be lost or discarded by closing this window. Click the "View Cart" button at the bottom of most pages to view your Shopping Cart at anytime.
